This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the App, the content, products, or services provided by or through the App, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and at any frequency without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the App, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the App.
We do not tolerate any form of objectionable content or abusive behavior in our App. Users must not post or share content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is:
Users who violate these terms will be subject to immediate removal of their content and ejection from the App.
By using the App, you agree to be solely responsible for any content that you create, transmit, or display while using the App and for the consequences of your actions by doing so. You agree to use the App only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulations.
We employ automated and manual methods to filter and review content for objectionable material. However, we rely on our users to report any content that they find objectionable.
If you encounter content that you believe violates these terms, you can flag the content directly within the App. Our team will review the report within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and ejecting the offending user from the App.
Users have the ability to block other users who they find to be abusive or otherwise objectionable. Blocked users will not be able to interact with you or see your content within the App.
